CNC data creation
We carefully create the necessary CNC data. This forms the basis for the production of your semi-finished products on our computer-controlled machines. embroidery machines with high productivity and repeatability.
Sample production
Once you give us the go-ahead, we will begin manufacturing the sample components. After your approval of the technical drawing, it typically takes 2-3 weeks until you can receive your samples.
Customer test
Time for a thorough test! We'll put your technical textiles through their paces. Afterwards, we'll discuss together whether any further improvements are needed. We're not satisfied until you are.
Serial Production
Once all parameters have been discussed and approved in detail, we will begin series production of your product and look forward to a long-term partnership!
Our CNC cutter with their mechanical cutting tools or our CO2 laser cutting systemn cuts even the most complicated layouts effectively, with millimeter precision and cost-efficiently from textile surfaces.
The further processing of the embroidered semi-finished products is carried out according to requirements using Cold or hot lamination or laminating, tailored to your needs and the materials used.
