Functional integration on glass mesh fabric

The majority of our customers request products for professional further processing, and at this point we would like to discuss a typical application for infrared heating elements in the industrial sector.

Customer requirement:
🔵 Robust heating element for use as an IR heating panel
🔵 Built-in temperature protection switch

To meet the demands for robustness and efficient heat output, the Heating element on a carrier material made of glass mesh fabric Embroidered. Within the meandering arrangement of the heating wires, we designed a recess for the thermal circuit breaker in the CAD layout. A second wire is also laid parallel as a PTC thermistor for the electrical connection of the circuit breaker. After the technical embroidery process, the circuit breaker is inserted and connected in the assembly department. Each prefabricated element undergoes final inspection for function and performance and, upon successful completion, is delivered to the customer.

As semi-finished product The infrared heating element on glass mesh fabric can be further processed by the customer, e.g. in combination with silicone, rubber or epoxy resin.
