Traveling together: Our company outing for a strong "we"

We consciously make time for experiences outside of our daily work routine. Not because it's expected, but because we are convinced that a strong team isn't built solely through daily work.

This time the trip took us to Memmingen for two days. The first stop at the Großer Brombachsee immediately put everyone in a good mood – with bright sunshine and a relaxing boat trip, the team could breathe deeply, chat, and enjoy the view.

Afterwards, we ended the day at the hotel – with delicious food, good conversations and a small internal casino evening.

The next morning, a company tour was on the agenda. Without going into too much detail: It was exciting, inspiring – and definitely a successful conclusion.

Why do we do this? Because moments like these strengthen team cohesion. Because genuine exchange gives rise to fresh ideas. And because a strong team needs time – even outside of the daily work routine.
