Micanite heating elements: High-temperature heating solutions for demanding applications

Do you need heating elements for extreme temperatures above 200 °C (392 °F) up to a maximum of 600 °C (1112 °F)? Our micanite-insulated panel heating elements, also known as mica heaters, can withstand extreme temperatures. This high power density and robustness makes them the ideal choice for industrial applications where reliable and durable heating solutions are required under high temperature conditions.
High-temperature heating elements with micanite & textile heat mats
At the heart of our high-temperature heating elements is micanite, a natural mineral whose exceptional insulating properties remain unchanged even at several hundred degrees Celsius. Its structural integrity and insulating properties guarantee long-lasting and reliable performance.
By combining the outstanding thermal properties of micanite with state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, we create heating elements of the highest precision. Our specially developed heat mats, embedded between two micanite plates, ensure homogeneous heat distribution and form a robust and highly efficient heating element.
Customized flexible micanite heating elements / mica heaters with CNC technology
Our CNC technology enables the production of customer-specific shapes and sizes, including complex geometries with precise cuts, which can be realized using our laser cutting systems, for example. We also use CNC embroidery machines to lay the heating conductor onto textile carrier material with millimeter precision.
This enables us to offer flexible micanite heating elements that are precisely tailored to our customers’ requirements. The heating elements have a comparatively lightweight design and therefore contribute to weight reduction in applications where this is crucial. At the same time, they are optimized for efficient and space-saving solutions, with easy handling and installation.
