Large production capacity: The use of numerous multi-head machines enables the efficient handling of extensive projects and the simultaneous and cost-effective production of several parts – from small parts in the centimetre range to large parts of several metres.
Variety of materials: They are suitable for a wide range of textile substrates such as nonwovens, films, flax and cotton, to which conductive threads, ultra-fine strands, wires or heating conductors can be reliably applied.

Our advanced cutting systems set standards in textile processing. Equipped with camera-supported technologies, they guarantee the fast and exact separation of embroidered elements. Whether we use our CNC cutters with mechanical cutting tools or our state-of-the-art CO2 laser cutting systems, we achieve exceptional precision and efficiency in both cases.
Our systems are designed to process a wide variety of materials. They effortlessly handle conventional synthetic fibres and specialised technical textiles, such as composite materials and laminated fabrics with self-adhesive film.
An outstanding feature of laser technology is the way in which it processes the edges of materials. By fusing the edges, unwanted fraying and unravelling of the textiles are reliably prevented. This not only ensures an attractive appearance, but also increases the durability and functionality of the semi-finished products.

Depending on the requirements, the embroidered semi-finished products are further processed using cold or hot lamination, customised to your needs and the materials used. In ‘cold lamination’, the heating elements are provided with a self-adhesive finish that enables the customer to process them efficiently.
With our state-of-the-art hot laminating press, we can effectively bond elements with additional materials. This process ensures that wires and strands are protected from external influences and at the same time specific properties such as patchability or electrical conductivity can be integrated.
Temperatures of up to 200 degrees are reached during processing, which enables a strong and durable bond between the materials. This innovative technology opens up numerous possibilities for us to adapt and improve the products to maximise functionality and meet your requirements.
The laminating technique used by Embro allows two textile surfaces to be joined together under heat and pressure, for example. This process is used in the production of functional textiles. A second textile surface is laminated onto a specific component under pressure and heat in order to protect this component. Other areas of application for the protection of electrical and electronic components include the production of heating elements and flexible printed circuit boards.
On request, we can supply the semi-finished products with an electrical connection. In addition to the many options for placing different elements on carrier materials using special embroidery processes, Embro offers splicing or soldering techniques for perfect and cost-effective connections. The parts are crimped or soldered together as standard.
The insertion of thermoswitches, NTC or other cable solutions is also no problem. Special connector solutions can also be realised. This means that the finished semi-finished products are plug & play ready on delivery.
With well-structured in-house logistics, we can move materials quickly between the various production stations and get finished products ready for dispatch quickly. This ensures a high degree of flexibility throughout the entire supply chain.
